We recently bought the Sleeping Bear Firm Mattress from Rested Pillow, and Jenifer made it a great experience from start to finish. Jenifer has actually helped us a few times now, and she’s always friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. We really appreciate how nicely the mattress was packed up and the help Jenifer gave with loading it into our car so we could take it back to Chicago. This made everything so easy for us! Love my new Sleeping Bear firm mattress from Rested Pillow! Jenifer was very nice and helpful in loading it in the car to Chicago. The split box spring made it very easy to transport and assemble. So comfortable too!
I originally had purchased our mattress and loved it. We also purchased another for our son and my mom decided on one with an adjustable frame. Jenifer was extremely helpful in selecting the perfect ones for all our needs. Delivery was easy and the men were very professional. I even went back and purchased the Ultimate adjustable pillow king size for myself and the standard size with the neck cut out for my mom. It’s such a perfect pillow for couch napping and doesn’t flatten out when used for back support. We’re all very happy with our purchases and experience at Rested Pillow.
